Aloha, I’m Solace.

I am a certified Somatic Sex Educator and Sexological Bodyworker, deeply committed to guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and embodied pleasure. My work embraces a holistic understanding of sensuality, sexuality, and well-being, providing a safe, nurturing space for you to reconnect with your authentic self.

In addition to somatic sex education, I offer therapeutic Swedish and deep tissue massage, designed to help you release physical and emotional tension, ease discomfort, and promote relaxation. My Reiki sessions support your energy system, facilitating deep healing, balance, and inner calm. For those seeking rejuvenation, I also provide red light therapy, a powerful modality that stimulates cellular regeneration, reduces inflammation, and enhances overall vitality.

My mission is simple: to help you create a life filled with confidence, pleasure, and connection. Whether you're seeking a sanctuary to explore your sensual nature, a guide to heal from past trauma, or a space to restore balance and well-being, you’ll find a range of transformative services here.

In this space, every part of you is welcome. I am deeply passionate about this work, and it is my honor to support you on your path to wholeness. Together, we’ll co-create an experience that nourishes your spirit, restores your energy, and supports your journey toward authentic self-expression and inner harmony.

What is somatic sex education?

An approach to sexual education that focuses on the body's sensations and experiences. It involves learning about our bodies, pleasure, and sexuality through a somatic or embodied lens. As a somatic sex educator, I help individuals and couples explore their own bodies, desires, and boundaries in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I use various techniques such as breathwork, movement, touch, and communication to help people connect with their own bodies and enhance their sexual experiences. Somatic sex education can be beneficial in promoting body awareness, self-acceptance, and deeper intimacy.

What is conscious sexuality?

An approach to sex that goes beyond physical pleasure alone. It is about taking time to become mindful of how our body feels, our emotions, our thoughts, and our desires in order to create an intentional and holistic experience. It also involves being aware of our partner's needs and feelings and working together to foster mutual respect and trust. It is about having an open and honest dialogue about sex and being open to exploration and growth.
