My work is rooted in somatic sex education and sexological bodywork. It is client-led, grounded in consent, and guided by deep respect for your body’s pace and intelligence. I welcome individuals of all genders, orientations, and identities into a space where your boundaries are honored and your experience is met just as it is.

As a trauma-informed practitioner, I hold this work with care, attuned to the nervous system, to safety, and to the importance of moving gently, without force or expectation.

Through touch, awareness, and embodied exploration, we follow what feels true in the moment. There is no goal to reach, nothing to perform.

Alongside somatic sex education, I also offer:

• Therapeutic massage (Swedish and deep tissue) to release physical and emotional tension, support nervous system regulation, and invite grounded presence;

• Reiki energy healing, a gentle yet powerful modality that fosters deep calm, balance, and energetic realignment;

• Red light therapy, which supports cellular regeneration, reduces inflammation, and enhances your body’s natural vitality and glow.

My mission is to offer not just a service, but a sanctuary where you are met as a whole, held without judgment, and invited into a deeper relationship with yourself.
